How to Return an Item
Three simple steps — we handle the rest.
1. Contact Us
WhatsApp or email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
2. We Arrange Collection
For Nairobi: we arrange a free collection. For upcountry: we send you a prepaid courier label or instructions.
3. Refund Processed
Once we inspect the item (1–2 days), your refund is processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
What You Can Return
- Items returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unused and in original packaging
- Undamaged and in original condition
- Standard catalogue items (not custom-made)
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items that have been assembled or used
- Custom-made or special-order furniture
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Sale items (unless faulty or damaged on arrival)
Faulty or Damaged on Delivery
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra charge — no questions asked.
Refund Methods
- M-PESA orders: M-PESA B2C within 3–5 business days
- Card orders: Refund to original card within 5–10 business days
- COD orders: Bank transfer — provide account details
