• Account data: name, email address, phone number, password (hashed)
• Order data: delivery address, items ordered, payment method, transaction reference
• Payment data: M-PESA receipt numbers, Pesapal tracking IDs (we never store card numbers)
• Usage data: pages visited, device type, browser, IP address (via Cloudflare)
• Communications: contact form submissions, consultation bookings

2. How We Use Your Data

• Process and fulfil your orders
• Send order confirmations, dispatch notifications, and delivery updates
• Respond to customer service enquiries
• Improve our website and services through analytics
• Send marketing emails (only with your consent — unsubscribe any time)

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only where necessary: with Safaricom (M-PESA), Pesapal (card payments), Africa's Talking (SMS), and our logistics partners for delivery. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance under Kenyan law. Account data is retained until you delete your account. You may request erasure at any time.

5. Your Rights (KDPA)

• Access: request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: update inaccurate data via your account settings
• Erasure: delete your account and personal data — available in Account Settings
• Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format
• Object: object to processing for direct marketing purposes
